The Curse of Strahd hardcover adventure is now available at your WPN friendly local game store in North America. If your store does not have it, they should have it available by the 15th.
D&D Adventurers League Player’s Guide and new DMs Guide
The Curse of Strahd Player’s Guide is here! The Mists await! In the linked file you’ll find the Curse of Strahd Player’s Guide and Dungeon Master’s Guide.
The new DMs guide has much of the front matter that was included in previous adventures and some things that used to be in the Player’s Guide, such as DM Rewards. DM Rewards have been updated as well and the mentioned DM Quests program will be premiering soon, so watch the mists for its appearance.
One clarification. All DM XP is based on the APL of the party at the table, since the hardcover’d don’t have a target level.
Starting today stores can host Death House Launch Events. Our D&D Adventurers League Local Coordinators (LC) have been contacting stores to get a set of Death House magic item certs for the adventure, featuring items not in the public adventure. If you’re a store owner or manager and haven’t had a contact from an LC please make sure to get in touch with your Local Coordinator.
For your home game you can get the Death House adventure from the most recent Dragon+ issue.
Mike Schley has released free digital maps for the Death House adventure, including player and DM maps. He’s also released the full set of maps for the Curse of Strahd adventure (for purchase)
Curse of Strahd
Wizards of the Coast has released the player material for the Curse of Strahd, including the trinket table, Haunted One background, untagged maps of Barovia and more on the Curse of Strahd product page.
